Eduardo Gustavo Ramos Olivera was born on July 18, 1972 in Lima, Peru. He is a film director, screenwriter, writer, producer, editor, actor, painter, musician and director of photography, known for the feature films: Structural Amendment (2016) and Cinereous Money (2022). He is married to Claudia Cánepa Matos.
