Chinese professional mixed fighter. In 2001, Yao Hong, who had just turned 20, just entered Beijing to work. Worked as a chef, an air conditioner assembler, and a night shift security guard. In 2004, Yao Honggang followed Li Baoru to learn Chinese wrestling and won the Beijing Chinese Wrestling Championship, the Hebei Provincial Wrestling Championship and the National Wrestling Championship. In 2009, Yao Honggang became a professional MMA player and began to participate in professional MMA competitions such as Legend of Martial Arts, Kunlun Tournament, and Real Martial Arts Fighting. In 2015, Yao Honggang and his brother Yao Zhikui opened the Fighting Brothers Training Hall and served as the head coach of mixed martial arts
