Biography

Tom Sharp is a British actor known for playing the enigmatic Merlin in the upcoming fantasy series The Pendragon Cycle (2025), based on the books written by Stephen R. Lawhead. Sharp landed the lead role himself after applying independently to a worldwide casting call. Born Thomas George Clark (2nd November 1989), Sharp chose his grandmother's maiden name before embarking on an acting career. His first screen appearances were short films and the French feature Nobody's Perfect! (2017) opposite Gérard Depardieu & Catherine Deneuve.
