After completing his schooling in November of 2009, Christopher Crawford attended Griffith University, studying a Bachelor of Multimedia. After a year he decided to leave university and find a more hands on approach into the film industry, which he strove to be a part of. Then in July of 2011 Chris followed in a friends footsteps and started his studies at Metropolitan institute of Tafe, an institute that praises itself for their hands on approach to filmmaking. Chris then continued through the degrees at MSIT, finding opportunities to be a part of as he went. His first shot came when he teamed up with fellow student film makers to take part in the Brisbane 48hr Film Festival, where he and his team took the "Audience Choice Award". From there he continued on the competition path entering the 48hr Eco Fest and Toowoomba's 24hr Fast Film Festival, where he placed in the top 8. From here he then took part on sets around Brisbane, the Gold Coast feature film, "The Hunters Club" and the film adaptation of the critically acclaimed theatre play "The Salt Maiden". Chris is due to graduate with his Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media.
